Transforming a Unique Space into a Hub for Culture and Creativity

The Challenge

To bring the sustainably refurbished Eversholt to life as a vibrant hub for culture and community—where period charm meets contemporary design—while shining a spotlight on its potential and drawing in new occupants to make it their own.

Insight and Ambition

The Eversholt Art Exhibition transformed a 50,000 sq ft sustainably refurbished space by Anomaly Architects for Akoya into an immersive cultural experience. Located just 300m from Euston Station, this architectural gem, with its unique blend of period charm and contemporary design, provided an exceptional setting for an evening of art, music, and celebration. With a focus on innovation and engagement, we sought to highlight The Eversholt’s potential as a vibrant destination for community and cultural events.

Highlights

  • The event showcased works by Caroline Derveaux and Sara Kelly

  • Live music, cocktails, and canapés combined art and entertainment to deliver a truly engaging experience.

The event positioned The Eversholt as a premier cultural space, praised for its inspiring atmosphere, accessibility, and seamless fusion of art, music, and hospitality.
